Malware in downloaded Windows x64 package?

Hey Guys,
I downloaded the x64 package for qsdlrdashboard today and the first thing my malwarescanner comes up with is this message?
Can you please explain how this can happen? Or is it some sort of false positive?

I would say it is a false positive.
