HELP! file wont install on windows10 & Nikond5600

HELP!
I downloaded the link for windows x64, clicked the vcredist_x86(x64).exe link to unzip, it brings up Microsoft visual c ++ 2015, i click agree and install and it gives me an error, i clicked the log button and at the bottom of the log it gives me this....
Error 0x80070666: Cannot install a product when a newer version is installed.
when i search my computer i cant find a microsoft visual program, except for when i look in the uninstall programs section, and i cant open the program from there.
can anyone help me get this installed? what am i doing wrong lol...
