qDSLRDashboard won't show quick preview on Android

I've just installed qDSLRDashboard on a Samsung Galaxy TAB A, and it's working fine, except that I can't see the quick preview. It download the preview to the tablet, but it's black. I can see the photo in the back of my camera, though. Besides, I can't browse the photos that are already in the camera.

I'm using a D850.

To browse the images already on the camera SD card you need to press the 'Refresh' button so that it reads in the image informations from the SD card.
Did you change the image download location in qDslrDashboard settings?

No, I just installed, connected and tested the app.

My main concern isn't about browsing the photos in the camera, but the quick preview showing as black. At first I thought I had a very underexposed photo, because I was testing at home at night. But then I saw the photo in the camera, and it was ok. I can see the app downloading the photo, but it shows completly black.

Stupid question: is it enabled ?
It can be disabled so then it won't work on purpose.

Check that.

Yes, it's enabled. The problem is that is shows black. It downloads the photo (so it's enabled, right?) but when it opens the photo, it's black.

Try reinstalling qDD.
Try switching between quick and standard. Also enable RAW+JPG capture format
