qDslrDashboard iPad, MR3020 and Canon Cameras

Post by Cymro »

I have an iPad connection to DDServer on an MR3020. I have a Canon 7DMk2 and a Canon 5D Mk2. When I plug the 7D Mk2 into the MR3020 the iPad can connect and take one photo, but when I try to take a second the app hangs with the message CAPTURE IN PROGRESS. I have to kill the app to get it to work again but it will only take one shot before same error.

When I connect the 5D Mk2 I can't even connect to the camera, it does not appear as available when connecting to the MR3020.

Both Cameras work fine in Android and Mac versions of the software. Can anyone assist ?

In qDslrDashboard settings try enabling/disabling the 'Use Canon local storage' option before you connect to the camera.
