Possible error in 0.2.9

This morning I crashed qdd. I think it may have been that it isn't properly handling the Nikon "Err" condition. I have had my Nikon D750 lock up before with my 70x200 f2.8 lens. When this happens the camera is non-responsive and it shows Err in the display. This morning I was using it with qdd when it happened and it immediately crashed the app.
