(1) can i sign in multiple devices at a single time? eg: can i sign in in my mobile and tablet at the same time and sti be ae yi control the camera?

(2) can i switch devices instantly?
eg: can i switch to another tablet, or my friends tablets instantly and still be able to use the app?

No, you cannot connect more than one device to a camera. It's a camera protocol limitation.
Also you cannot switch devices intantly. You have to disconnect one device and only then you can connect another one.
