Select All?

Hi, Cannot see how to 'Select All' in a group of images.
Example:- Take 10 or more images to stack in Photoshop (or other app) from the Image gallery once downloaded from camera, so need to select all but the option normally associated with this 'Hold Shift on image 1 click Image 10 or other' and ALL selected.
Sometimes have 30+ images and have to click on each one to select?
Thanks for any advice.
Russ

Thankyou. Selecting 60,70 or more images one at a time is time consuming and tedius. ;)
Windows 7 64bit OS.
