Cannot transfer Nikon D3s NEF to IOS

Hi.
I have a Nikon D3s . Running latest copy of dslrdashboard just installed from appstore. IOS 9.0 on Iphone 6s.
running tp-link with TP-Link MR3040 ddserver OpenWrt Firmware.
Format card in D3s. Take one RAW picture (nef).
when i select to download from dslrdashboard in app on iphone it comes down as a jpg (small file).
Does this work? What could I be doing wrong? Should I be able to bring nef down to ios?

Ok I have the NEF transfer working now. Not sure what I did but it could have been unchecking 'Use Nikon high speed transfer'. Gino.
