Audio question when using video

I have a D7200 and running qdslrdashboard on both an ipad and a samsung tablet. The iapd has version 3.5.5 and the samsung has version 3.5.3. Now everything works fine aside from the audio when palying back video and its only on the Samsung tablet. On the ipad i have no issues. Any suggestions. Thanks.

With that you have to go to Samsung. It's problem with codecs in installed system.

Thank you. Its a shame as i would like to use it instead of my ipad. Guess will only be used as a pic viewer. Any ideas as to what codecs are needed?

Ok just solved my issue. I downloaded VLC for android and i get audio.
