USB D800 connection over USB hub, connect 2 cameras

Just tested the USB connection to qDDB over an USB hub, that is working fine. I would like to buy a second D800, connect it to the USB hub. I guess both cameras will then work with the qDDB independantly. But I am planning to use just one D800's images to be analysed by qDDB and synchronize the settings to the second D800 for a panorama time-lapse. Is that possible? If not, how could I achieve to get two cameras synchronized? I will use one external timer for both D800. Miksel
