Problem with Sony a7r3 or a73 and iPhone

Hello,
i have a trouble with the connection on bouth kamera models. Aso with ipad and iphone. All devices and Apps are actually. The connection holts a view secounds and than disconnect.
have anyone the same problem and the same specifications?
