D5600 wi-fi connecting to qdslrdashboard PC

I'm looking at getting a basic DSLR camera and I would like to connect to qdslrdashboard on my PC (Windows). Does Nikon 5600 wi-fi function connects to PC or can it only connect to phones and tablets? Thanks in advance.

Work on desktop versions to (Windows, Linux, macOS).
You need to setup your networking parameters so that there is no conflict.
