camera connection

Hi
I am new to all of this. I tried to connect the camera (Canon R5) to qDLSRDashboard on my Windows PC. Canon EOS Utility works fine. Nothing worked with qDSLRDashboard. I tried to download WinUSB via Zadig but that failed. Any other ideas? Thanks Michael
