Nikon doesnt fire all bracketed images

Nikon doesnt fire all bracketed images. I set it for 5 shots, 2 are fired.Sometimes all the shots fire correctly. i'm connected OTG to my Smartphone, not my MAC. Any ideas, guys?

Maybe a video or some screenshots?
Camera settings?
