iOs Cydia Version with USB Support

I wondered if it would be possible to make an iPad Version with USB Cable Support. The Connection is possible, but its not allowed to host an app with this feature in the official AppStore. So why don't do a USB Version for the Cydia Store for jailbroken devices.
This is the one thing i'm waiting for so much.

I know its not officially supported, but theres already an App that can monitor ur DSLR via USB Connection.
So there has to be a way, and the app could be published in the Cydia Store.
