Nikon D810 on TP3040 connects then app shuts down

I'm running dlsrdashboard on android 4.2.1 (sensei tablet) and tethering to the Nikon D810 and D7100 with TP3040. The router has the latest firmware and I can control the D7100 perfectly from the app. However when I connect the D810, the connection is made but the app closes after a couple of seconds after I touch the connected camera'. The camera has the latest firmware as well. Any ideas what the issue could be? Thank you.

Do you use DslrDashboard from Play store or qDslrDashboard from http://dslrdashboard.info ?

Hello, I was using DSLRDashboard, not qDslrDashboard. I installed qDslrDashboard exactly 3 minutes ago and it works perfectly. I didn't realize there were two versions. That was the issue. Thank you!
