Idea: Be Responsive; Don't Ignore Potential Customers
Not sure I need to elaborate on this one but hiding behind an anonymous identity with no means of contacting you other than sending an email and waiting days on end to receive a reply (assuming I'll eventually receive one) smacks of the major problem with developers: incredibly poor customer service and communication skills. Yes, you may have a niche market here but if you want to build a business, these areas without question must improve.
