Dear forum,
I try to get the control via USB to my Nikon D70 camera. The D70 is via explorer visible and no problems to load pictures from the SD card.
The setting in the menue of D70 is: USB = PTP
After starting qdslrdashboard I try by pressing to USB connnection to get contact. But no camera is found. Fix upgrade for USB V0.34 was done.
I tried the way with USB driver via manual
http://dslrdashboard.info/windows-insta ... sb-driver/
The driver couldn´installed successfully. After 5 minutes the procedure stoppt.
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance

Re: Nikon D70 at Win7-64bit not found
After several reboots, the connection is available now.
I don´t know, why and what the difference is.
Anyway, remote control is working and I have to learn the features.

IF driver installation fails than possibly there is something wrong with your system.
There is possibility that D70 is to old to be supported by this driver.
Also D70 is no longer supported by Nikon API and some functions may not work properly.

Not sure if the D70 (2004) will work. Nikon does not provide SDK for it.
Seams the first was the D40 (2006) that get a SDK.
