Format RAW

I take my photos in format NEF (RAW for Nikon). The file XMP is not created. Why ?

And why they should be created ?? Those have nothing to do with RAW's.

Those are manything to do with RAW's for example key words, GPS coordonate,...

Those has nothing to do with Nikon RAWs.
GPS data, keywords, etc are put in EXIF or IPTC sections in RAW file.
