Not passing the connection page

Hi folks,

I am pretty new here.
I tried to connect a Canon t3i and the app, android version using a tp-link 3040 with the new firmware already installed but I am not having any success so far.
I connect the phone to the newly created wi-fi server dslrcontroller, I plug the 3040 to the camera using a usb cabble but I cannot pass the connection page.
Any thoughts will be much appreciated.

That OpenWrt and ddserver are installed correctly and that the MR3040 recognizes the camera when connected.
