note4 use File Manager can find photos, but if you put inside DslrDashboardThumbs note4 delete the folder, reopen qDslrDashboard, then close it. note4 camera can see in the photos have been transferred.

Not sure I understand you correctly.
The DslrDashboardThumbs folder is for image thumbs that are created by qDD and it is deleted on application exit if enabled in option.
You should use the DslrDashboard folder instead, or create a folder that suits you.
