Yes that is the problem, usually Nikon releases documentation for developers around 1 month after the camera is released.
You can help me if you could check the camera USB vendor and product id (you can check this in Windows device manager)
vendorId should be 0x04b0
the product id is probably 0x0439 or 0x043a

just checked the VID and PID and confirmed as you said:

I had samsung android v 4.2.2
had downloaded dslr v 2.7
opencv 2,4
the screen is black
whats wrong?
