Thank you for your patience and for your help, GonzoG.

I found the place with the logs. Thank you.

So I was trying to use my phone out in the field and it DID connect for about 20 minutes.

Then it must have disconnected, because I was kicked out to the main login screen of QDSLRD.

I tried to reconnect but couldn't.

I checked the logs and there was about 100 lines.

Unfortunately, I could not copy and paste them into a text file. (I was using the chrome browser.)

so I don't remember what any of those lines said.

Is there an easy way when using an android device to copy and paste those lines? I couldn't find a way to do it in Chrome.

I did see one line that said a lot of stuff and then near the end said "firewall"

I don't think I have any special settings for a firewall. Just whatever the default was.

Thanks in advance.

Exactly the same way as in any other browser or text field - long press on text, select with two markers, press "copy" icon or text, go to other browser window, long press on text field, and press "paste" icon or text.

Thanks, GonzoG

I don't know why my version of chrome / android 5.1 is not letting me do the long press to copy.
