Help! I have a Nikon D5300 and I am trying to use dslrdashboard wireless. It connects but the video button does not function. After I push the LV button several times and not sure what else 
it records, but when I look at the file, it is just one-second long.
What can I do? Thanks for any suggestions!

I have read the manual by it looks like I missed that important part.
Anyway, I am being able to use DD with Galaxy S7 Edge via usb and wireless.
What is not working is the external microphone - it does not recognize it.

qDD does nothing with camera or microphone. If it's not working than you have to use different.
"microphone" and 3.5mm jack does not mean that it will work with camera.
