By "factory image" I meant OpenWRT image described as "factory" not TP-Link's original FW.

I also for the first time flashed different OpenWRT release as first image and could not connect with camera at all.

Reflashed with both images (in the correct order) and I'm able to connect still, but only for a few seconds before I lose connection. Same issue as before, didn't seem to improve or deteriorate.

So there are only 2 possibilities left:
- bad cable connection ( cable or ports in camera/router) - check if USB LED stil lights up when connection was lost.
- bad router

MR3040 is very demanding when it comes to USB connection. I had problems with few cables that worked correctly connected to PC but mr3040 was losing connection to camera.

No luck with new cables. Router was brand new. Lights all stay illuminated.

I'm using the USB cable supplied with a GoPro, is there any recommended cable to use with the TP MR3040? I've tested many with the same failed results.

Only that it is USB 2.0 cable.

I am not able to delete the pics i have shot from My iphone. Cam is nikon d750
