Black screen

Just installed DD on a new Win 7/8.1 tablet. The app just displays the orange border on three sides of the screen and the remainder is black. Any suggestions?

Does the graphic driver support OpenGL 2.1 ?

Hello,
I'm a new user of this great tool and I've the same problem...
Even if I laucnh DD on Android or Windows 7 64 I always have a black display area. I see the side bars but noting "through" the lense.It's like the lense cover is on.
I can take picture and downoad it but I can't see what the remote DLSR shoots !
Windows OpenGL driver supports 4.x version.
Not sure this tool works with new D7200 ?
