Hello, i want to know if is possible to trigger the camera trough the shutter button while on live view? as far as i seen via usb cable when i connect my nikon d610 is sayz pc mode and i cannot control nothing anymore via camera buttons.

I wonder if via wifi connection something changes in the camera, or is the same i will not be able to control nothing from the camera?

No it is not.
With Nikon cameras if you turn on LV you can control them only from demote device.

There is no WiFi in D610. Any thing that allows you to connect with WiFi uses USB.
