Hi there,

When I start the remote video recording with dslrdashboard the wifi of the Nikon D5500 suddenly turns off?
As far as I know, Nikon doesn't allow for triggering remote video recording via wifi???

Any ideas??

And it's not only Nikon D5500 but any DSLR with built-in WiFi.

If you want to control movie recording wirelessly you need wifi router with OpenWRT and ddserver installed - like TP-Link TL-MR3040 or HAME MPR-A2
