I use qdslrdashboard v 0.3.4 and when i connect to d3200 I go with live view mode. then I want to move the focus rectangle I can and the rectangle is always at the same position.

does you want to correct this bug.

And I see not any with focus stacking and I have seen this function in google play information.

As the D3200 is a budget model (as the other DSLR from the Nikon D3x00 line) it does not have all the PTP commands that the higher models have.
If you can't change the focus while in live view it means the camera does not have the required PTP command.
