Can I connect Nikon d610 to iPhone 6 with usb mail to lightning male and use this app?
No, on iOS devices only wireless connection is available.
Either with the camera built in wireless (Nikon, Canon, Sony) or with a portable wireless router (like the TP-Link MR3040) running OpenWrt firmware and the ddserver package.
