Dslr disconnecting with "Error reading total packet size: -1" every 3-5 minutes.

Details:

Running dslrdashboard on Mac OSX through MR3040v2 connected to a Canon 6D with upgraded system files. Connection drops out continuously at random intervals (usually at about 3-5 minutes), regardless of range of router. In the error log below I was monitoring the connection through openWRT's live graphs, signal was strong, no drop outs. Camera is set to always on, it's internal wifi and GPS are off. Can reconnect easily, computer's connection to the MR3040 is stable.
