LRTimlelapse no View - solved!
Posted: 12 Feb 2016, 08:08
Hello,
sorry for may bad english! I have the following kamera set in use:
Canon EOS 5D Mark 3 | Firmware 1.3.3
iPad2 | iOS 8.3
Pixel Timer TW 282 TX
TPLink Router 3040
DSLRDashboard iOS Version 3.4 (in following text DDB)
DSLR Dashboard Mac Version 3.4.1
If I start the DSLRDashboard (DDB) on the iPad I get a view from my Camera if I make a test picture. I see the historgram to adjustment the ISO and the exposure time. Already is fine.
But if I open the LRTImelapse funktion I doesnt see any View from the camera. I doesnt see it too, if I make a test picture again.
I can set the ISO and the exposure time an the camera reacted of the new setting into the LRTimelapse screen, but I dont get any view.
And-> The „Auto Holy Grail Funktion“ button are grey, will means, i can´t activate this function!!
If I leave LRTimelapse screen I get a View on the DDB screen.
I have tested this on my Mac, I get the same problem! - No View on LRTimlapse and no Auto Holy Grail function.
Whats wrong? Is it a Bug into DDB? I have restart the hole system more than 10 times, but always I get the same problem.
Into the german LRTimelapse Forum I found some posts with the same Problem in the past with Canon cameras.
At Moment I cant make any timelapse videos with DDB/LRTimelapse
It would very nice to get some feedback
Thank you in advance
Update: Problem solved !
The keyword comes from hubaiz,
the Canon EOS has two card slots, one CF Card and on SD card. My Settings for RAW an JPEG was configured, that the
RAW stored on the CF card and the JPEG stored on the SD Card.
But this doesnt work!
The RAW+JPEG must be stored on each card if you want to use the backup funktion.
If i change this setting I get the view in LRTimelapse and the wholy grail funktion works!
Greetings
