Focus Stacking Screen ms

Hi, I no how to Focus stack but cannot work out how to use the ms option on the screen, any help please?

Can you post a full captured image to see where it belongs?

Hi, When you choose Focus Stacking from the menu this box appears at the top of the screen. I understand it is for Hours, Minutes and seconds but cannot work out how to use it. I have been through the docs page here on the forum but cannot see it.

And what is there to figure out ?? It is a delay between to photos for e.g. flash charging.
