Focus Stacking

Hi,
I tried now for some hours to get a focus stack, it won't work.
I use a medion tablet with usb connection to my canon eos 600d. I'm able to focus the endpoints via live view and to save one focus point. With the combination "current position" and "Point 1" i got a lot of Fotos without focus change. Yesterday I tried to save "Point 1" and "Point 2" and got some focus-changes Fotos but not the whole range.
Is there any problem with qdslrdashboard or with me? I hope for help, thank you.
