Can't see pictures with D3300

Everything works. I can connect and control the camera, take and view pictures with qdd, but I can't download pictures off the D3300's internal SD card taken outside of qdd. I see 'History' and 'slot 1', neither with pictures. What must I do to see the pictures the camera's taken outside of qdslrdashboard

I'm having the exact same issue on my D3300. Hitting refresh does nothing, I'm left with the same empty folders.

You must go to 'Little Mountains & Sun' icon -> 'D3300'->'Nikon D3300 [Slot 1] then click refresh.

Clicking 'refresh' should update all the folders but apparently doesn't.
