I have recorded video useing my 5d mkii dslr camera connected to my nexus 7 but I cannot figure out how to watch the recording on my tablet. The camera is controlled by my tablet useing the qdslrdashboard app wirelessly

If your tablet supports QuickTime just open video file with any photo/video browser or use file browser to open with any video player.
If not you can't play it.
