I'm desperately trying to find a way to view, a live view, with an Android tablet for the nikon p900. It has 85x optical zoom and I really want to see the moon through a nice sized oled screen. I see you have mentioned that there is no API/SDK for coolpix cameras... And that someone should ask Nikon for that. Is there any way around this or a reason they haven't released that?

Nikon only releases the SDK for the DSLR line (excluding the budget models) and recently for the NIkon 1 J5.

Coolpix P900 is supported by Nikon's WMU application.
