Using ND filter with Autoramping

I normally use ND filters to increase the exposure time before a sunset and then remove the ND filter after it's set. Can qDSLRdashboard handle this change or there an alternative technique? The same sort of question applies to using manual aperture lens if the lens is stopped down to extend the exposure how does qDSLR react to opening the aperture when the software is ramping?
Could we have a feature so that qDD would instantly change the ramping exposure by a number of stops (ideally user defined for calibrated filters) when I add or remove a filter?
