I have latest qDslr Dashboard ver. 3.5.1 using TP-Link MR3040 to link to camera. My 1DX links perfectly to Dashboard, but my new 1DX II will not link, either via USB3 cable to TP-Link or my MBPro. I have tried several different USB3 cables to connect to TP-Link or laptop, with no success. Is the USB3 protocol the problem? I have not yet contacted Canon support to inquire if the Canon USB3 protocol for 1DX II is different than the USB2 protocol for 1DX. Has anyone else experienced this connectivity issue with the 1Dx II?

USB version has nothing to do with it.
Every camera has to be supported by the app. Until there are libraries from camera manufacturer or until Zoltan can get hands on camera it might not be supported.
