Error Nikon D610 connection - HELP

Need help. I purchased the software. I use a Nikon D610, it can connect and in less than 10 seconds the connection is lost, getting back without displaying the camera image on the mobile. Only if I drop the USB cable and reconnect the software around the display image, but in less than 10 seconds loses connection again. What might be happening? Can you help me ?
