Canon 1d3 no wifi conection

Ok
I have a TP Link with all the correct firmware that works great with my 5d3 camera.
Using win 10 ,latest OS on my Ipad.
The problem is with my 1d3 camera I can't connect with wifi to the camera. But if I plug in the cat 5 cable into my laptop and the tp link everything works great.
Need help I want to run this on just wifi.
