no conection to Nikon D800

Software does not connect to my D800. Win10 find the camera but qdslrdashboard doesn't find not every day. One day it was found the next day not. What can I do?
If you use USB than you have to install usb driver:

Also it installs driver only for USB port that camera is connected so if you use different ports you need to connect camera to each of them and install driver.
