Can't find 550d in qdslrdashboard on pc

Hi there. I have a trouble to find my 550d connected by USB in qdslrdashboard on pc (win7,64) . And I already installed the winusb driver with zadig utility. Also my camera work perfectly with qdslrdashboard on android galaxy s4

Check again that the WinUSB driver is installed for the camera (

Check that no other application is trying to access the camera.
In qDslrDashboard you need to press the 'USB' button to establish the connection.

Does the 550D maybe has a USB PTP mode settings?

I can't find any usb port settings in the 550D menu. But I try to connect camera to USB3.0 port on my PC and when I change it to 2.0 camera finally has been found! Sorry for intrude and thanx for help!
