i have a D3200 nikon, working good with my tablet w/ OTG

but it doesn't work with my cell-phone w/ USB3 Type-C OTG adaptator

my question is there a way to fix it ?

Eventually if you can try a different USB OTG adapter.
Try enabling/disabling the 'Use Android native USB access' before you connect the camera.
