lrtimelaps stops with USB on canon 1100d

Hi,
by using a canon 1100d and the lrtimelaps mode conected with USB stops after a while. For the first it works, then the lrtimelaps screen closes and the capture stops. It's the same using an external timer.
Tested with Raw+jpeg every 6sec and 25sec.

I tested the special version today, but the bug already exists.
Config: lrtimelaps holygrail, lrtimelaps timer 6sec and 20sec (error at both setups), 1100d, Lenovo A7 40,...

Just ran into this same problem last night

* Camera triggered from slider, qDslr first runs fine, then stops and freezes the entire camera
* Camera showing a "busy" alert in the display
* qDslr becomes unresponsive
* Canon 6D with qDslr v.2.7

Same thing happened with a regular intervalometer instead of having the slider trigger the camera.

Using the intervalometer of qDslr didn't work either. qDslr eventually stopped and I had to reboot a few times.

Let me know if there are any special steps you want me to repeat for testing.

What where the settings (interval, shutter speed, slowest shutter speed) ?

Hi,

my shutter speed range was from 1/200 to 1/50, interval 6sec and 20sec... And my cam wasn't freezing. Only the capturing stops and the lrtimelaps window was closed. The last time I tested it the lrtimlaps and the hole camera window was closed. So the app shows the startup window. May be the usb connection was interupted for a moment? But I didn't touched the cam or the wire or the tablet! And for the first 100 pics it works. I will try it with usb connection at the 70d next days. Let's see what happen...

Just needed to be sure, will try to run a similar test tomorrow or on Sunday using the 650D and USB with Nexus7

The last hours I checked the usb connection. The cam was connected with the tablet and the app with lrtimelaps screen was activated. I only captured a reference pic. After 4 hours the app was working and the lrtimelaps screen was already shown. The connection seems to be okay!
