I understand that dslrdashboard has the LRTimeLapse function, but what I'm not seeing is if you can set up a multiple sequence runs with variable settings within one sequence. The best way to show this is by looking at the following link under "Exposure Sequence".

Note that this is basically four difference sequences with various Exposure, ISO and number of frames to shoot.

Is the app capable of preprogramming to automate my session as described in the link?

You can do something like that with the 'Sky stacking' module.
