qDslrDashboard on Apple App Store

Hi,
Apparently, the app has been pulled from the App Store, for what I presume relates to it being 32bit. I have upgraded to iOS11 and need to purchase the app for a shoot. Is there anyway I could acquire the app and sideload it on my iPhone? Any advise to get the app on my iPhone would be greatly appreciated.
While on the subject, do we know if or when the 64bit version will become available?
