Hello, I tried to activate video on my Nikon D850 and D5. Pressing the record button in dslrdashboard has no reaction.
Taking fotos works fine, but no viedeo.
Can somebody give me an advice, what could be wrong ??

Well, forgot to give all the details:
I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 with USB C, converter cable to USB A, which can connect to the camera.
I use just cables, because I want to use the tablet as monitor and for making adjustments and engage the video recording.
Most of the software seems to work, just the recording button for video has no effect.

I have the same problem. I have a Galaxy Pab A Android 5.1.1.
My D850 don't want to start recording.

The developper suggested me this version:
Please try this debug build: https://drive.google.com/file/d/199iEiF ... sp=sharing
It should fix the video recording problem with the D850 using USB connection.
This build will create a qdd_<date_time>.log file in your Android device 'Documents' folder on each start.
It works now.
