Hi folks, am probably missing something simple here?

I can link my 5Dmkii to the dashboard and things seem to work fine however, when I try to change my shutter speed either on the camera or app (Nexus7) they will always default to 1/30s as the slowest shutter speed. Am still finding my way around timelapse/qDslrDashboard and would be glad of any pointers please.

Doh! after posting this I actually started to 'read the manual' for the 5Dii and found that this 1/30s 'issue' is actually how the camer was designed to work whilst in live view mode. So turning live view off solved my issues

I'll think twice before asking simple questions again lol
