Holy grail not working

I got the router, put the firmware on, connected my camera, downloaded the app, and can run everything with my iPad. AWESOME! Seriously amazed at how well it worked.

So ... Excited to try Holy Grail tonight. Nothing. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I set the interval to 20 sec and the camera is firing away, but Auto Holy Grail is making no changes to the shutter or the ISO and my screen is not update with each new captured image. Frustrated. This is too cool not to work!!

Any suggestions welcome.
